- Payment Terms
Dr. Derek’s Concierge Chiropractic operates on a cash-only basis.
We do not accept or bill insurance.
All sessions must be prepaid. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, bank transfers, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via secure online processing.
Session fees are non-refundable once rendered. For monthly or package plans, payment is collected upfront on a recurring basis unless otherwise specified in writing.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services. If you have billing questions, please contact us directly. - Monthly Packages & Auto-Renewals Certain services are offered through monthly care packages that auto-renew each billing cycle. By enrolling in a monthly package, you agree to:
- Be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis
- Provide at least 7 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date to cancel
- Forfeit any unused sessions after the billing cycle ends (sessions do not roll over)
- Understand that no partial refunds are provided for unused sessions
This recurring agreement is accepted at the time of your initial package enrollment. You may cancel at any time with proper notice.
- Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Your time is reserved exclusively for you.
To maintain the highest level of care and fairness to everyone we work with, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
– Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to a full session charge
– Missed appointments (no-shows) will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable
We understand that emergencies happen. If unavoidable circumstances arise, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
We value your time and ours. This policy helps us maintain the highest level of service and availability for everyone we work with. - Health & Service Disclaimers
We make no guarantees regarding results or health outcomes. Chiropractic care varies by individual and is not a substitute for emergency services. For medical emergencies, call 911. - Privacy and HIPAA Compliance
